Fishing My Way To Made Of Honour

Nuffnang always hold the best parties and events in the town. This time, they are going to offer 40 invitations to the Nuffnangers to the very grand event; the movie premiere of Made of Honour. Besides that, the lucky ones are also having an exquisite 8 course dinner at JW Marriott KL which features various wedding themed performances. I WANT! I dont want to miss this like I've missed the Nuffnang 1st Birthday Bash. And if I want it, I have to do fishing. Hahahaha. I'm serious. The Big Mac Chant

*Shy* I did the Big Mac Chant too but I did not video myself. I did something else which I dont think I can join the competition. Hahaha. Because we love IKEA

This is our first trip to IKEA together as we need to buy something, to make something very special for a friend who has a very special birthday, Bryan Chong last month on the 29th. We also took this mini trip as an excuse to craze around IKEA. Hahahahaha. Here comes the pictures spamming (as usual)! #01 Carmen and I, trying to fit in the kids' chairs. Its getting dead in here. I'm sorry for not updating my blog recently but I've been quite busy. For the past week, I've been stucked with my assignments. Too little time, with too many stuffs. I went for shoe-shopping too (urgent!). A little time for work and saved some for someone special. Then its like, got time but all used. And when I'm infront of the computer, I'm blank (at the moment). I promise I'll be back soon with more updates. :)

8 Different Hairstyles I Had

This is supposed to be a tag but I'm not tagged. I just feel like doing it. :) Just post any pictures of your 8 different hairstyles you had. #01 The short and aunty-looking hair. I had this haircut during 2004, when I was 16. It was my second time getting a hair cropped so much. The first, was a disaster. I dint even want to take pictures during that time. When I was 16, after my seond rebonding, I thought of giving it another try since my hair is straighter than before. And the outcome was still as shitty as before. I could not find any nice angle to snap pictures. There are even guys who told me I look so aunty. Grrr.! #2 The only-one-part-highlighted hair After my hair grew a little in year 2005, I rebonded my hair again since it was so ugly. I cropped my fringe. And had it moved to the right side parting when it grew longer during the holidays. Ahh! As usual, kids like me likes colouring hair during holidays. And so, I dyed only one part of my hair like shown in the picture above. I thought it was cool at first. I wanted it in blonde somemore. But it wasnt cool anymore until school reopened. AHH! I was caught in the very first assembly of the year. That was embrassing leh. On the same day after I was dismissed, I went to Waston. I grabbed a dye hair kit without realising I've actually gotten the wrong colour. Omg. My fringe, or to say, my hair went purple! That was horrible. Lucky my grandma had some dark brown colour with her. ;p #03 The Lousy Curls This was my first hair perming after all the straightenings. I made it in the same year, 2005 when I was in form5. If you did not realise, my natural hair has big waves. I hated it so much when I was younger and always wanted to get it back but I cant. So, I thought a perming might help. And you can see, it doesnt. Hahaha. My hair is not long enough for such a perm. #04 The better curls. I had a better curl on the last day of year 2005 itself. It was so on the trend at that time. At the same time, I highlighted my hair red. Like, bright maroon red. I was terrified by myself. I could not see my brows myself and I could not find any clear pictures for it. But you can try looking a some here. So, I picked a picture I took in the middle of year 2006 after I dyed my hair black. Oh! My natural hair wasnt black either. Its some dark brown. I have always been dreaming to have a black silky long hair. :) #05 The so-dry-and-ugly hair. This is how my hair looks when I dont apply mousse on my hair to create curls. Its so dry and frizzy and ugly. I wanted my natural wavy hair but I could not. At that stage, I have been always tying up my hair into a bun so that it looks healthier by bluffing, or to say hiding the hair. #05 The black and silky hair. :) I again, rebonded my hair early 2007. This time I was clever enough to tell the hair dresser to put in a shorter duration so that it looks more natural. Something closer to my wave. And I dyed it black again. Hehehe. #07 The oh-so-long hair. I did nothing to my hair until it grew so long! Hahahaha. (I wish!) That's my friend, Cindy's hair. #08 The act cute hair. And I chopped my fringe off once again. I cut it because I've been seeing girls on street and people on tv having that fringe. Somehow, I was effected by them and I went cropping it too. I'm still having the bangs now (sometimes). I'll sweep it to the side when I find them irritating. And I'm not going to maintain the bangs now, in a short period. :)

I've bought a...

...mini pink water dispenser to be placed in my room! Muaahahaha. It is only SD9.90 @ any Mini Toons' outlet in Singapore. There are bigger ones but I've limited area in my room at the moment. Mine, its only 4 glasses amount of water per bottle but there are 8 glasses one which are better but I think the one I bought is much cuter. Hehe. I think such thing is invented specially for lazy people like me! Hahaha. Cute or not? :)

One day, vvens went to a hawker stall. She was so hungry and almost going to faint la. And that lead her to her emo-ness. She apa mood pun tak ada. And then, she throw herself on the red big plastic chair available there. Then the waiter came to her. He is an old uncle with a toothpick in between his lips. "Drink what ah, xiao jie?" he said. She was so emo and she said,"Whatever la. Anything la.!!!" Then the uncle went off. And came back with these...... And vvens faints immediately.! Hahahaha. Okay. It was lame, I know. Hahaha. If only I could show you the commercial for these drinks. They are equally lame. These set of drinks are currently new in Singapore market. I was totally speechless when I saw them. Haha. I bought them before I came back to KL. They are not cheap okay. Its SD1.50 for one which is approximately RM3 for one. I think I can get any 2 soft drinks here and get some small changes back. ;p To me, the drinks are quite similar to Kickapoo, the joy juice. Somehow sweeter. Not too bad afterall. But it was the name, and the commercials of the product that attracted me. Their print ad available in bus stops are so lame yet cool! :) Even my brother and cousins were influenced by the tvc. They actually went to the restaurant and asked for the drink by saying, "Whatever!" ;p

She's wearing an adult's bikini in the picture above because the dress was abit too large for her. And I know she was feeling very unease dressing like that. She kept touching her chest. Hahahah. Leaving on a Jetplane

I'll be leaving to Kuching when the clock strikes 12pm tomorrow. And I'll be back on the coming Monday. I'll not be bringing my laptop along; I'm afraid that I'll lose you. Maybe I dont even have time to come online. So, there will be no post updates until I'm back! No, I'm not going for a vacation but I do have a job on. I'll be working for my jewellery shop in a Bridal and Jewellery show in Kuching's Hilton Hotel for 3 days. I hope everything there will run smoothly. Once again, thank you Ginny for lending me your dresses for my function and Carmen too, who lend me your MP3 to kill my boredom there. Inside my bag...

Okokok, I assumed that I've been tagged by Abby :p My darling bag that is almost dead. The handles are tearing up due to the heavy things I put in it. Hahahaha.. The things were in a mess! I never pack my bags one but I still can look for things easily by just stuffing one of my hand n the bag. Hahaha. Even if I wanna change a bag to use, I would just pour them without packing. ;p My black boring wallet from FourSkins. I like the design of the wallet. It allows me to put quite alot of cards and most importantly, my picture! The green stuffs! It was such a coincidence that I have so many geen stuffs. My pendrive, full with assignments. Glister, my mouthspray to keep my breathe clean and cool. Haha. And Polos, no to eat but for something-you'll-know soon. Hehehe. A pencil and a pen to write down thngs, or to scribble papers when I'm bored. :) The movie tickets - Mr Bean's Holiday that I watched on Thursday night with my family. A mini mirror for the vain me and a nail colour that belongs to my friend. Tissues for you-know-what, lip balm to keep my lips prety and a comb that I dont use. Hahahaha. The girls' stuff for emergencies. ;p My newly bought Seventeen magazine, the April issue. Hahaha. I havent even read it. Hahaha. Okay, now you know what I have in my bag. Ooh! And something important that will always be in my bag, how can I forget about it - MY CAMERA! :)

6 Weird Things About Me

I’ve been tagged by Peggy. 01. I hate Garfield, extremely I'm serious about it. I feel very annoyed, irritated and disgusted when I see Garfield. Sorry if I offended any Garfield fans here but its true. It must be some stupid experience or bad memory I had when I was younger. I hate the way Garfield act. I hate the eyes!! Everything la. And I think I'm weird. 02. I don't know how to camwhore For you people who thinks I'm an expert in camwhoring, I have to explain it right here. No. I'm not. I'm really not. All those good camwhore pictures of me are actaully depending on mirrors. Yes, mirrors! I had the mirrors infront of me to make sure I ge my correct angles ok. Very embrassing. I dont know how to "catch" the angle. 03. I have weird language channel Yayayaya. Its weird when I speak only Mandarin to people I'm not close with. And it weird they think I'm a Taiwanese, Singaporean and sometimes a China girl. I'm a pure Malaysian. I dont know what's up with my Mandarin. Besides, I can speak very fluent English only on the phone to people whom I'm not close with. Damn weird. When I'm in normal condition, I speak rojak-language. 04. My morning routine in the toilet I have weird habits in the toilet only during the morning. I will spend about 5-8 minutes sitting on the tolet bowl doing nothing. Then, I trim my eyebrow following by brushing my teeth, to make something painful on me, to keep me awake. Damn weird. If the routine is messed up, I wont feel good for the day. It i also a must for me to wash my hair in the moring before I go to college or work. 05. Falls very frequently on heels Its common for girls to trip and fall on heels, when they first learn how to walk on them. But I'm different. I'm such a mess. Till today, I still fall on heels only on my left side. I think most probably its because my left leg has not much energy. You can see me standing or walking imbalancingly on my left from time to time. Very embrassing sometimes. Haha. 06. How I look in reality and in pictures I look as if I'm two different person in picture and in reality. Its not me, myself who claims it but it was the others who told me so. The worse thing is, most of them said I look much better in pictures which is so mean lor.. Hmmnp. And some people really got cheated with the pictures of me for how I looked like. I never photoshop on how I look ok. I also dont know why. ;p OOH. My lips bloat in pictures too. Very weird. Well, I have much more weird things about me but I'm going to mention only 6 here. And whoever who reads this, have to tell me one weird thing about yourself in my comment box! As weird as possible. See if you could suprise me. Hahahaha. Being Mean

Do you know what happens when you put something into some places where it does not belong to? Here's an example of it. Hahaha. Yes. I added my face into one theirs. Its not that I have nothing better to do or what but this is one of my assignment. We were assigned to insert our faces into the celebrities on any movie posters. I choose the Mean Girls! And I think its actually quite interesting and challenging. I've took almost a week (like 1 hour per day) to actually complete my work. It seems easy but its definitely not as easy as you think! Initially, I wanted to replace my face on Lindsay Lohan's but it was quite tough. I cannot do the starring part she did. She's waaaaaaaaaay too pretty. So instead of putting my face in hers, I choose another girl among the 3 others. Among the dumb blonde, mean girl and the kaypo girl. And here is my outcome......... Okay, I'm the mean one. Hahaha. Perhaps you cant see it very clearly in the picture above, click here for the original size poster! ;p I actaully think it was quite funny when I first completed the work, but I'm now used to it. Haha. Now I know how I look when I'm a blonde. My mum said, "That's you? Not nice. Leg too thick for you". And my lecturere actaully said, "Wow. You girls have done better than the previous students", which made me SO HAPPY! :D Well, what do you all think about it?

Creepy, Freaky 128

I cannot not be superstitious this time. She lady above, Hsu Wei Lun who was a pretty famous actress in Taiwan. A well known good actress had just passed away yesterday becaused of a very serious car accident. As reported, she was on her way rushing to her next job with her assistant who survived in her Mini Cooper. She passed away yesterday, which was the 28th of January. She was only 28. Before she left, she has released a beaty guide book cum diary. They found out something creepy on the 128th page. She written something about death. She talked about the what-ifs she leaves before her family and friends. Creepy. And on 18 years ago, another Taiwan singer passed away on the same date which was the 28th of January. In case you're wondering, she died in car accident too. Yes. Was rushing for her next job too. I'm very emotional now. I'm just feeling plain sad and sudden. edit : Her assistant (who drove when the accident occured)'s house number is also 128!!!
